This is my interpretation of Yoga Synergy’s Fire Sequence.
 

Go at your own pace, take breaks whenever needed, and feel free to skip any postures or movements that don’t suit your body. Most importantly, enjoy every moment!
 

Fire is the third of the five sequences, designed to be a dynamic, energizing practice that helps to generate internal heat during the cold winter months. Fire represents the transformative element—form without substance—and is the engine behind all processes.
 

In Ayurveda, Fire is associated with the small intestine. Within our bodies, this fire or energy binds atoms together. It transforms food into energy, creates the impulses of nervous reactions, influences our emotions, and even drives our thought processes.
 

The intention behind this sequence is to stoke the internal fire, boost immunity, and maintain vitality through the coolness of winter.
